Saturday Morning Vinyasa Yoga – 10:00 AM (Lawrenceville) An energizing flow to start your weekend with purpose. This all-levels Vinyasa class links breath and movement to build strength, flexibility, and presence. Expect mindful sequences, options to modify or challenge yourself, and a balanced mix of effort and ease.

Sunday Morning Foundations of Yoga – 11:00 AM (Lawrenceville) A beginner-friendly class focused on the fundamentals of yoga. We’ll explore alignment, breathwork, and foundational poses in a supportive and unhurried environment. Ideal for those new to yoga or anyone wanting to revisit the basics and refine their practice.

Tuesday Evening Slow Power Yoga – 7:00 PM (Virtual / Donation-Based) A grounding midweek practice offered online via Zoom. This class blends slow, intentional movement with strength-building holds — perfect for cultivating both calm and resilience. Open to all levels and offered on a donation basis — pay what you can.
