Daytime & Overnight Doula Support
Available in person
Daytime Rates: $40 per hour
daytime support can be broken down according to your needs
(4 hour minimum/4 visit minimum)
*discounts available for 1+ week of service
Overnight Rates: $40 per hour
overnight support is available at a minimum of 8 hours each night
Daytime support may include:
Meal planning and prep
Prenatal visits to discuss postpartum goals
Prenatal / postpartum yoga classes
Feeding support (bottle or body)
Assistance with baby and older siblings
Light housekeeping / errand running
Resources, referrals, and screening for postpartum mood disorders
Discussing your new baby experience
Any additional support your family may need
Overnight support may include:
Full newborn care overnight
Support with overnight feedings, including bringing baby to you or bottle feeding
Diaper changes and soothing between feeds
Helping baby settle back to sleep after waking
Allowing parents extended, uninterrupted rest
Keeping notes on feedings, diaper changes, and sleep patterns
Resetting baby-related spaces before morning
